Heater can't be switched on

Possible cause Remedy
  Heater is in fault lock-out mode Deactivate fault lock-out in accordance with operating instructions;
determine cause and eliminate
  Break in the power supply to the heater Check if voltage >11.5V is present at heater and across Pin1 of connector X2 (2-pin connector adjacent to 6-pin connector X1)
  Summer/winter switch in summer position Turn switch to winter position (flame symbol)
  Discharged battery Charge battery
  Defective fuse Replace fuse
with digital timer Defective digital timer Disconnect 6-pin connector X1 from heater.
Press instant heat button (button with flame symbol) on the digital timer.
Display must be illuminated and the voltage at pin 1 (6-pin connector X1) must be >11.5V
with digital timer Break in the power supply to the digital timer Disconnect connector from the digital timer.
Check if > 11,5 V voltage is present across the red and brown wires of the connector.
Check fuse 1 A and cables wires
with telestart T70 Transmitter in the ventilation mode Set mode in accordance with T70 operating instructions
with telestart T60 / 70 Transmitter not allocated to receiver Allocate transmitter in accordance with installation / operating installations
with telestart T60 / 70 Insufficient voltage of batteries in transmitter Replace batteries
with telestart T60 / 70 Batteries incorrectly positioned in battery compartment Insert batteries in battery compartment in accordance with operating instructions
with telestart T60 / 70 Defective transmitter or receiver Applies only to external receiver!
Disconnect 6-pin connector X1 from heater.
Apply 12V across Pin 1 (only the combustion air fan motor is allowed to be operating)
